- Order and transaction data (including invoices and records required for tax and accounting) are generally kept for up to 7–10 years from the date of the relevant transaction, or longer if required by applicable law. 
- Customer account data (such as your profile details and order history) are kept for as long as your account is active and for up to 3 years after it is closed or becomes inactive, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. 
- Payment information is retained only for as long as is necessary to complete the transaction, meet fraud-prevention and security requirements, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations; where possible, we store only tokenized or truncated payment details. 
- Marketing and communications data (such as email subscriptions and engagement data) are generally kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, or until you withdraw your consent or opt out, whichever happens first. 
* Technical and usage data (such as logs, device identifiers, and analytics data) are generally kept for between 6 and 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymized and may be retained in aggregated form for analytics and business reporting.
* Health, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle information that you voluntarily provide is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested Services and improve your user experience.
* Communications and support requests are generally retained for up to (add month here) after resolution of the request.
* Authentication and security-related records may be retained for a reasonable period to detect fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal requirements.

 

When the applicable retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless we need to retain it longer (for a limited period) to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect or exercise our legal rights.
